To aid accessibility this website has been designed to achieve the following standards:

- Valid CSS 3
- US Section 508 Standards
- WCAG 1.0 Priority 2 (AA)
XHTML and CSS have been validated using the online W3C Validation tools.
Compliance with accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG) has been tested using the HiSoftware® Cynthia Says™ Portal, and other tools including screen reader software and colour contrast analyser software. Some website pages are dynamically generated by authors who may not be fully aware of these standards, and thus we cannot guarantee that all pages fully meet our goals but every reasonable effort is made to do so.
